LUCKNOW, March 7 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will construct a premium residential project Park View Apartments in the Basant Kunj scheme, opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal. The project will comprise 364 premium flats and registrations will remain open from March 7 to April 6, officials said. LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar has issued orders to open registrations for the project. Applicants will be able to register only through the LDA website, where they must deposit 5% of the estimated flat price as registration fee, while reserved category applicants will pay 2.5%. The authority will allot flats through a lottery system. The project is expected to attract significant demand due to its prime location. It will be built close to densely populated areas of old Lucknow where availability of residential spaces has become limited. The site has connectivity to key areas including Green Corridor, IIM Road, Dubagga Road and Chowk. Kumar said LDA had earlier conducted an online demand survey to assess public interest in the project. After receiving positive feedback, the authority approved the development of the residential complex. The apartments will be developed over an area of around 13,350 square metres and will consist of four residential towers. Tower A and Tower B will have 16 floors each, Tower C will have 20 floors, while Tower D will have 17 floors. The project will include 3 BHK and 3 BHK with servant room categories, with flat sizes of approximately 154 sq metres and 195 sq metres. LDA officials said the starting price of the 3 BHK flats will be around Rs 75 lakh, while 3 BHK plus servant flats will start at about Rs.95 lakh....
