LUCKNOW, March 17 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has extended the registration deadline for its Aishbagh Square group housing project till April 15, 2026, giving homebuyers an additional month to apply for the premium flats. LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar approved the extension following requests from the public. Officials said applicants can register only through the LDA's official website. Interested buyers must deposit 5% of the estimated flat cost as registration amount, while applicants from reserved categories will need to deposit 2.5%. Authorities will allot the flats through a lottery system, officials added. The Aishbagh Square project will offer 384 premium flats in the 3BHK with study category, each with an area of approximately 1,900 square feet. The starting price of the flats has been fixed at Rs 1.11 crore. LDA will develop the project on Mill Road in Aishbagh, a densely populated part of the old city where large residential projects are rare. The location will offer convenient connectivity to major transport hubs such as Charbagh Railway Station and the Lucknow Metro, along with nearby markets like Aminabad and Alambagh. Spread across 17,910 square metres, the project will comprise four towers of 27 storeys each. The residential complex will include modern amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, children's play area, power backup, and parking space for more than 600 vehicles. LDA will also build commercial shops within the campus to meet residents' daily needs. htc...
