LUCKNOW, Nov. 20 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) earned over Rs 425 crore in its latest e-auction, after several plots received bids more than three times the reserve price. The biggest jump came from a residential plot valued at Rs 28 lakh, which sold for Rs 1.5 crore, an LDA release read on Wednesday. LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar said the authority identified several encroached properties through land audits and drone surveys.
