LUCKNOW, March 16 -- Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University in Lucknow will launch a value-added course, AI for Everyone, starting Monday (March 16). The initiative aims to help students become familiar with emerging digital technologies. According to a university spokesperson, the course will be open to students from all faculties and academic programmes across the university. The course has received an exceptional response from students, with 996 registrations recorded so far. The curriculum is designed to introduce students to the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), various AI tools, and their practical applications. It will help students understand how AI technologies are driving transformative changes across sectors such as education, healthcare, industry, and digital services. The course will be delivered through structured academic sessions, with the primary objective of increasing students' awareness of Artificial Intelligence and strengthening their digital proficiency. The curriculum has been developed under the guidance of the chancellor and governor Anandiben Patel. According to the university administration, the initiative is an important step toward connecting students with emerging technologies and equipping them to meet future challenges. Applauding this initiative, the university's vice-chancellor Prof Ajay Taneja, stated that such courses are essential for preparing students to navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape. He emphasised that familiarity with emerging technologies like AI will not only enhance students' academic development but also improve their career prospects.
