Kharge loses cool during rally speech
SASARAM, Aug. 18 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge suddenly got angry when people started making a lot of noise during his speech. He said that "if you want to listen then listen, otherwise go away from here, even if 10 people stay here I will still give the speech." At first, he tried to calm the people, but lost cool when people continued hooting. He said that whoever wants to listen, let them listen and the rest go out. Kharge said that Modi is a very dangerous man. "Till you do not remove him from the throne, your vote, your right and the Constitution will not be safe," he said.
Attacking the RSS and Savarkar, he said that they were with the British in the freedom struggle. "Their disciples snatched Mahatma Gandhi from us. They used to write letters to the British to apologise and ask for jobs. Calling Bihar the land of revolution, he appealed to the people to remove the central and state government," he said.
Kharge called the Election Commission an agent of the government and said that in 2023 a law was brought that no case could be filed against Election Commission chairman and members for their wrongs. Then in 2024, the votes were taken by fraud. Now this is necessary to be stopped. BJP-RSS are very dangerous for the poor, youth and women. RSS did not want voting rights for women, he said.
