Meerut, Sept. 9 -- The man who allegedly masterminded the theft of two golden 'kalash' (urns) and other valuables worth Rs.1.5 crore during a Jain religious event near the Red Fort last week was arrested from Uttar Pradesh's Hapur, police officials said.
