Intensive water inspection launched across state capital
LUCKNOW, June 14 -- The Jalkal department conducted a massive inspection drive across key zones of the state capital to ensure safe and clean drinking water supply, on Friday.
Senior engineers and water quality experts inspected pipeline systems, collected water samples, and interacted with residents in various localities to identify supply-related issues. Officials assured that faulty pipelines will be repaired or replaced immediately based on test reports.
Jalkal general manager Kuldeep Singh said that the department is fully committed to public health. "We are taking immediate action wherever complaints of contaminated water are being received. Based on lab reports, technical repairs or pipeline replacements will be carried out without delay," he said....
