LUCKNOW, Jan. 14 -- If all goes as per the plan, a multi-storeyed ultra hi-tech integrated Lucknow divisional commissioner's office is likely to come up at the old Parag Plant on the Prag Narain Road facing Bhaisakund cremation ground here in 2 to 3 years. The proposal will be tabled for approval in a meeting with the chief secretary SP Goyal likely to be held on Wednesday, an official said. The office will have senior officials of all six district headquarters along with some key government departments or senior officials under one roof for better efficiency. "Once approved, important work will begin like transfer of land, budgetary allocation from state government and construction work. It will take at least 2 to 3 years to complete work followed by shifting of offices," said Lucknow divisional commissioner Vijay Vishwas Pant.
