IGNOU holds 38th convocation, awards degrees to 351 students
LUCKNOW, March 6 -- Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) organised its 38th Convocation on Wednesday. While the main function took place at IGNOU headquarters in New Delhi, with Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan as the chief guest, the Lucknow Regional Centre also held a simultaneous ceremony.
