Lucknow, July 22 -- Industrial development minister Nand Gopal Gupta 'Nandi' on Monday launched a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal for Udyami Mitras, integrated with the state's Nivesh Sarathi platform. The launch took place at the Invest UP office during a high-level review meeting on industrial development, exports, and investment facilitation. The cloud-based portal aims to digitise core HR functions such as attendance, leave, payroll, and Form-16 generation. It offers real-time access to employee records, enhancing transparency and administrative efficiency at both district and state levels. The minister said the portal would streamline operations and improve investor support. "Udyami Mitras play a vital role in implementing our investor-friendly policies.
