LUCKNOW, July 12 -- The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board (Awas Vikas Parishad) will conduct an e-auction of commercial plots for hospitals and hotels on July 17, to attract investment in the health and hospitality sectors, a press communique from the Board read. The auction will offer plots in prime locations across Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Ayodhya, Agra, Etawah, Saharanpur, and Moradabad. Board officials stated that all plots are located in well connected and high-visibility areas, making them ideal for setting up health and hospitality projects, said the press release. In preparation, the board held an online Q&A session on Friday to assist potential developers and investors. Additional Housing Commissioner (HQ) chaired the session, where the Board team addressed queries about the e-auction process, plot locations, and plot sizes.
