Mussoorie, Feb. 22 -- Heavy spells of snowfall blocked roads near Sukki top towards Harsil in Uttarkashi district on Friday, leading to traffic congestion. One snow cutter and an earthmover were deployed in the Bhagirathi valley toward Jhala to clear the snow from the road.
