Lucknow, Dec. 18 -- The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Wednesday allowed a plea seeking directives to transfer a criminal complaint case against MP Rahul Gandhi, raising his alleged British citizenship issue, from a Rae Bareli special court to Lucknow's MP/ MLA court. Justice Brij Raj Singh passed the order on the petition filed by S Vignesh Shishir, claiming himself to be a BJP worker and complainant in the case. He had approached the HC seeking transfer of hearing the case from Rae Bareli MP/ MLA court to Lucknow due to alleged serious security threat to his life and previous incidents occurred on November 3 and December 5 wherein, he said, more than 200 Congress supporters stormed the proceedings. htc...
