LUCKNOW, Jan. 16 -- Detailed guidelines have been issued by Mahendra Dev, director, secondary education and Bhagwati Singh, secretary, secondary education for continuous monitoring of Intermediate practical examinations. The UP Board Intermediate practical examinations in Lucknow division will be conducted from January 24 to February 1. Dinesh Kumar Jaiswal, divisional science progress officer, Lucknow Division, said that for conducting the practical examinations in a fair and transparent manner, instructions have been received to establish coordination with the district magistrate at the district level, appoint sector magistrates as per the examination centres and also to constitute a control room with CCTV live streaming at the district level. "The practical examinations should be fair, impartial and transparent. This time flying squads will also conduct raids at any college to ensure that the examinations are being conducted without partiality or wrong markings," said Jaiswal. Pradeep Kumar Singh, joint director education, Lucknow Division, said that the district inspector of schools of all the six districts of Lucknow Division, Lucknow, Hardoi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Unnao, Rae Bareli, have been instructed to strictly follow the instructions received, appoint sector magistrates in their respective districts as soon as possible and establish control rooms....
