LUCKNOW, May 20 -- The Uttar Pradesh government plans to roll out 93 projects worth Rs.15,000 crore under the Integrated Development Plan to develop Meerut as a smart, clean, and sustainable city. Chief minister Yogi Adityanath, who reviewed the plan on Monday, directed officials to ensure transparency, timely execution, and quality work. The projects focus on traffic decongestion, heritage conservation, green mobility, CCTV surveillance, and industrial growth. CM highlighted Meerut's role in the freedom movement and its thriving sports and education sectors.
