LUCKNOW, Jan. 31 -- Swami Prasad Maurya, Apni Janata Party chief and former UP minister, on Friday alleged that the government deliberately didn't present the case strongly in the court in the UGC equity regulations issue. Maurya also alleged that the government has made upper and backward caste fight among themselves to get political mileage.
