LUCKNOW, Oct. 9 -- Uttar Pradesh governor Anandiben Patel released Karm Kumbh, a book by IAS officer Dinesh Chandra Singh, in Jaunpur. The book focuses on Mahakumbh 2025 and highlights its planning, culture, and human side. Dr Singh gave a copy to CM Yogi Adityanath, crediting him for the preparations.
