LUCKNOW, March 21 -- The Special Task Force (STF) on Thursday arrested three men involved in a fake marksheet racket, supplying fabricated certificates from high school to MA on demand. The accused not only sold fake mark sheets of UP Board, CBSE and various universities but also charged hefty fees to ensure students passed their exams. They even took contracts from the cheating mafia and operated a fraudulent website to facilitate their scam....
