meerut, Dec. 15 -- Even as Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan remains in jail in connection with the September 26 Bareilly violence case, a fresh criminal case has been registered against him, his close relatives and associates, including his brother-in-law, on serious charges of land grabbing, criminal intimidation and molestation. According to police, a woman from the Muslim community, a resident of a village under the Izzatnagar police station area, filed a complaint on Saturday against Maulana Tauqeer's brother-in-law Mohsin Raza and nine others.
