Four YouTube channels booked after rumours about UP Board paper leak
PRAYAGRAJ, March 6 -- The Cyber Crime Police Station has registered a case against four YouTuber channels for allegedly spreading misleading information about the UP Board examinations. These channels reportedly circulated videos claiming that question papers of the high school and intermediate exams had been leaked, causing unnecessary anxiety among students and their parents.
The FIR was lodged on the complaint of UP Board secretary Bhagwati Singh. According to the complaint, the misleading content not only created confusion but also attempted to damage the Board's reputation.
The YouTube channels named in the complaint were "Target Board Arts Class," "Online Study with Diwakar Sir," "Samrat Academy," and "Science Studies."Cyber Crime Police station in-charge Om Narayan Gautam said that an investigation has begun, and technical evidence is being used to identify the individuals operating these channels.
