Gorakhpur, Nov. 7 -- Police arrested four people, including two minors, for assaulting a teenage boy from a minority community in Maharajganj. A viral video showed the boy hanging upside down from a tree and being beaten. Acting on SP Somendra Meena's orders, an FIR was lodged at Ghughli Police Station. The accused Naim ,30, Sahil ,20, and two minors were caught from Ghaghra Khadesra. The SP called the act "inhuman".
