India, July 29 -- Scores of kanwariyas and other devotees offered prayers at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple on the third Monday of Sawan. Sounds of bells, conch shells and 'damrus' resonated in other Shiva temples of the city throughout the day. Vishwa Bhushan Mishra, the chief executive officer of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust, said Lord Shiva was adorned in the form of Ardhanarishwar on the occasion.
