Flight Ops hit at Lko Airport
Lucknow, Dec. 16 -- Flight operations at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow were affected on Monday, causing inconvenience to hundreds. Several IndiGo flights were delayed by hours, while three flights operated by Air India and Air India Express were cancelled. Sources attributed the situation to the ongoing crisis in IndiGo and weather conditions in the National Capital Region.
IndiGo's Lucknow-Mumbai flight (6E-5088), scheduled to depart at 8:35 pm, took off at 8:53 pm. The Goa-bound flight 6E-6811, scheduled for 8:50 pm, departed after 11:10 pm. Dammam-bound 6E-098 left at 8:36 pm instead of its scheduled time of 8:00 pm, while the Bengaluru flight 6E-451 departed at 8:28 pm against its scheduled time of 8:05 pm. Lucknow to Delhi 6E-2172, scheduled for 2:35 pm, eventually departed at 8:35 pm.
Air India's Delhi-bound AI-3313, scheduled for 2:10 pm, was cancelled. In addition, Air India Express's Riyadh-bound flight IX-190 and another AI flight to Delhi, AI-1710, were also cancelled. HTC...
