Flag-hoisting from Ram Mandir to be broadcast live
Lucknow, Nov. 12 -- The historic flag-hoisting ceremony at Ram Mandir on November 25 will be broadcast live across all major news channels and digital platforms, including Doordarshan.
A 200-foot-wide LED screen will be installed at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi complex, along with over 30 additional large screens at key locations across Ayodhya. Among other spots, the LED screens will be installed at Rampath Tiraha, Sahadatganj, Teedi Bazaar, Nayaghat Bridge, Rikabganj, Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, Sugreev Fort, and Ram Ki Paidi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the saffron flag atop the 161-foot-high main spire of the Ram Mandir. For the first time, all seven spires of the temple will be adorned with saffron flags. The five-day ceremony will begin on November 21 and will end on November 25.
Senior officials and members of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have been stationed in Ayodhya for days, with every detail being reported to the chief minister and the Prime Minister's office in real time.
