Ex-cricketer Pandey training city probables
LUCKNOW, May 19 -- Coaching happens to be a big passion for former India cricketer Gyanendra Pandey. He has been one of the most successful coaches of Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket history and even as a player and captain, he did great for the state cricket.
Pandey recently conducted the off-season camp of senior cricketers at Kanpur quite successfully. He has now has got a new job to coach the Lucknow side for the upcoming All India Gold Cup to be played in Dehradun from May 23.
The camp of probables under the auspices of the Cricket Association Lucknow is happening at the KD Singh 'Babu' Stadium where the top 30 cricketers of the state capital are being trained. The final selection of the team will be made in a day or two.
Pandey is being assisted by Mohit Kapoor and Abhinav Dixit at the camp. "For me, coaching boys is a passion, and I try to give my best whenever I get an opportunity," said Pandey on Sunday....
