Ex-BJGSC principal accused of embezzling staff PF, FIR lodged
PRAYAGRAJ, Oct. 16 -- The former principal of Bishop Johnson Girls' School and College, presently lodged in Naini jail in the RO ARO paper leak case, has been accused of embezzling crores of rupees from the school's employees' provident fund. It is alleged that the former principal, Parul Solomon, along with her brother-in-law, Alexander Masih, committed the embezzlement during her tenure.
Based on a complaint from the present school principal, Sharti Masih, and a court order, the Colonelganj police registered a named FIR against Parul Solomon and Alexander Masih on Tuesday.
Parul Solomon was removed from the post of principal by the management committee of Bishop Johnson School and College due to various allegations against her. In her place Sharti Masih was appointed Principal on July 2, 2024. Sharti Masih alleged that Solomon did not deposit the provident fund amount of any employee or teacher of the institution into their bank accounts for a month after her appointment in April 2022, and the bank accounts were closed. htc...
