Energy Expo showcases solar, battery and EV innovations
LUCKNOW, May 9 -- The UP Energy Expo 2025 began on Thursday at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, bringing together over 150 companies under one roof to showcase the latest in solar energy, battery storage systems, and clean technology. Organised jointly by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the three-day event is scheduled to run from May 8 to 10.
The exhibition features live demonstrations of cutting-edge products and technologies in solar energy, electric vehicles, smart grid systems, and integrated EV charging infrastructure. Several firms presented solar solutions tailored for residential and commercial complexes alongside advanced battery energy storage systems.
Minister of urban development and energy, AK Sharma, inaugurated the event and toured the exhibition. He reiterated India's target of achieving 500 GW of renewable energy by 2030....
