LUCKNOW, Oct. 10 -- After making its presence felt in cricket, tennis and football, Ekana Sportz City is all set to launch its table tennis academy in a big way by conducting the two-day Ekana 16th Lucknow Inter-School Table Tennis Tournament under the auspices of Lucknow District Table Tennis Association on October 25 and 26 here. The tournament will be held for both boys and girls in team championships and individuals. Entries may be sent to academy's coach and organising secretary, Sunil Joshi or Pradeep Kumar Jain, chief referee by October 18. The event is expected to see a huge participation. CMS Kanpur Road and DPS Jankipuram won their matches in the 23rd Avinash Chandra Chaturvedi Memorial Inter-School Cricket Tournament here on Thursday. In the first match, DPS scored 139/4 in 20 overs and defeated St Mary's School by 35 runs....
