Kochi, May 27 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) named Kerala's ruling Communist Party of India (Marxist) or CPI (M), and some of its top leaders, including an MP and an MLA, as accused in a fresh charge sheet in the Karuvannur Service Cooperative Bank fraud case on Monday, officials aware of the matter said.
