Dy CM Pathak seeks suggestions from entrepreneurs on MSME policy
LUCKNOW, Aug. 9 -- Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak on Friday urged entrepreneurs to share suggestions for policy changes aimed at strengthening the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector, assuring them of the Uttar Pradesh government's full support.
Pathak was speaking as the chief guest at the 34th annual general meeting of the Indian Industries Association (IIA) at a city hotel, attended by over 650 entrepreneurs from UP, Uttarakhand and Delhi.
The deputy chief minister lauded the Indian Industries Association for its contribution in taking the MSME sector forward, calling it one of the largest associations of its kind in the country.
"All your suggestions will be considered seriously and given top priority," he said.
Pathak added that policy modifications would focus on ease of doing business and sectoral growth.
The event saw trophies awarded to top-performing IIA chapters, with Hapur ranked first in overall growth at 83.32%, followed by Barabanki, Greater Noida, Bareilly and Muzaffarnagar....
