LUCKNOW, May 1 -- Fifteen government doctors, including a joint director deployed at the health directorate, have been punished by the government for various charges including private practice and being on duty in an inebriated state. The directions for action were issued by deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak, following probe reports. The joint director in the health department was found guilty of financial irregularities while he was posted as medical officer in Auriy.
