Lucknow, Dec. 3 -- In the Cabinet meeting, approval was granted for the establishment and operation of District Dis- ability Rehabilitation Centres (DDRCs) at all 18 divisional headquarters of the state, to be funded by the state government. At present, the ministry of social justice and empowerment operates DDRCs only in 37 districts, out of which only 11 centres are located at divisional headquarters.
