LUCKNOW, Feb. 12 -- Former champions Uttar Pradesh would be desperately looking for the availability of prolific run-getter Priyam Garg and ace seamer Kartik Tyagi to make it to the playing XI, when they take on Himachal in their last Ranji Trophy league match, starting here on Wednesday.

Desperate for an outright win with a bonus point, the Ankit Rajpoot-led side has reportedly urged the BCCI through the UP Cricket Association to allow Garg and Tyagi to be included in the playing XI. Garg, who led India to runners-up finish at the ICC Youth World Cup in South Africa on Sunday along with Tyagi are yet to reach the Lucknow.
