Lucknow, Feb. 28 -- The last date for applying for allotment of country liquor, composite shops, model shops and retail shops of Bhaang through e-lottery in the state has been extended till February 28, 5pm. Earlier the last date for applying was February 27. "Under the Excise Policy Year 2025-26, a total of 3,65,268 applications have been received online till February 27 for registration of all 27,308 country liquor, composite shop, model shop and retail shops of Bhaang through e-lottery and processing fees of Rs 1987.19 crore have also been received from this," excise commissioner Adarsh Singh said on Thursday. htc...
