India, Oct. 13 -- VARANASI: Commissioner of Police Mohit Agarwal on Saturday released a cyber knowledge booklet under Mission Shakti 5.0 to raise awareness about cyber security and safety. "In today's digital age, safety means not just security at home or on the road, but also in cyberspace," Agarwal said. The booklet explains how to stay safe from cybercrimes such as digital arrest, investment fraud, phishing, and cyberstalking in simple language, ensuring wider public understanding. Victims of cyber fraud have been advised to report incidents by calling 1930, visiting www.cybercrime.gov.in, or approaching the cyber cells at police stations across the district. Assistant commissioner of police Vidush Saxena said cyber awareness standees have also been unveiled and will be displayed at prominent public places in the city.
