Bahraich, April 1 -- Bahraich police on Tuesday busted an organised gang involved in large-scale online fraud, arresting six accused and recovering Rs.15.40 lakh in cash along with a luxury SUV and other incriminating materials like seven mobile phones, a pre-signed cheque book, and a currency counting machine during the operation carried out in the Rajapur Maafi area. The arrested accused have been identified as Mohd. Kaif (23), Noor Ahmed (27), Arshiyan alias Suhel (26), Mohd. Amir (31), Satyendra Kumar Chauhan (30), and Ramji Yadav (38), all residents of different areas in Bahraich district.Special team led by additional superintendent of police and Cyber Crime nodal officer Durga Prasad Tiwari conducted the raid and apprehended the accused.
