Dehradun, Jan. 26 -- Uttarakhand police's Special Task Force (STF) has booked a couple - both history-sheeters facing charges in 15 criminal cases - for allegedly using their minor son to supply heroin worth Rs.33 lakh in Udham Singh Nagar, officers said. The "juvenile in conflict with the law" was apprehended on Saturday, and appropriate legal proceedings under the Juvenile Justice Act have been initiated, police added. The minor was intercepted in Saturday in Udham Singh Nagar district with 112.3 gm of heroin, estimated at Rs.33 lakh in the international market, along with a TVS scooty provided by his parents for the delivery.
