LUCKNOW, May 24 -- BJP MLA from Sarojini Nagar Rajeshwar Singh on Friday asked party workers to counter the opposition's narrative with facts and figures instead of indulging in "unnecessary war of words". Singh organised mandal-level workshops in Sarojini Nagar to train BJP workers in nationalist ideology, awareness of government schemes, and countering opposition narratives. Speaking on the occasion, Singh asked party workers to list development projects before the masses to counter the opposition's "propaganda". The BJP MLA asserted that aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed India by 2047, the focus is on preparing the youth with digital and AI skills. On Pakistan, Singh stated that it cannot reform as it idolises invaders like Babar and Ghazni. "India must stay united under the 'Nation First' ideology to counter external threats," he added. On waqf issue, he claimed that waqf land increased massively during the Congress regimes. "Now, constitutional amendments have brought waqf land under judicial control," he said.
