LUCKNOW, Sept. 24 -- A training programme of 18 divisional commissioners was organised under state chief electoral officer Navdeep Rinwa on Tuesday regarding preparations for the Uttar Pradesh legislative council polls for 5 graduate and 6 teacher constituencies to be held next year. The divisional commissioners were also apprised about the upcoming SIR of the electoral rolls. "In view of the legislative council elections, the voter list must be accurate and voters' photographs must be affixed on the voter list.
