Jhansi:, Dec. 5 -- A sub-inspector, two constables, and a few unidentified persons have been booked for allegedly torturing a POCSO accused while bringing him from Delhi to Jhansi. The special POCSO court ordered FIR against SI Ashok Kumar and constables Akash Singh and Priti Vishwakarma for causing grievous injuries. The accused, Lokpal Singh of Panna, was arrested on Nov 16.
