The programme was conducted by State Congress Seva Dal president Pramod Pandey. City Congress president Fuzail Hashmi, former MLA Vijay Prakash, trans-Yamuna president Ashok Patel, trans-Ganga president Ashfaq Ahmed besides Kishore Varshney, Mukund Tiwari, Haseeb Ahmed, Harikesh Tripathi and several other leaders and workers were present on the occasion....
