Agra, July 5 -- The City Congress unit in Mathura has resolved to step up its campaign for the purification of the Yamuna and address issues of public interest. At an 'Oath and Resolution' event held on Friday, Congress Legislature Party (CLP) Leader in Uttar Pradesh, Aradhana Mishra 'Mona', administered the oath to 65 newly appointed office-bearers. She urged Congress workers to fight for Yamuna's cause and stand up against injustice and oppression. Former Mathura MLA Pradeep Mathur congratulated the new appointees and affirmed that the organisation is prepared for "Mission 2027", pledging to continue the fight against communal forces.
