India, April 22 -- The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of seven high court judges citing the need to infuse "inclusivity" and "diversity" at the level of high courts. Four Karnataka HC judges have been recommended for transfer: justices Krishna S Dixit, Hemant Chandangoudar, Sanjay Gowda, and K Natarajan.
