Prayagraj, March 28 -- Investigation reports regarding the Chandapur cold storage collapse owned by former minister Ansar Ahmed are gradually being submitted to the administration's inquiry team. The fire department confirmed that the facility had a valid NoC. An expert team from Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (Iffco), after conducting an inspection, concluded that although ammonia may have leaked, the ammonia tank did not explode. The probe committee, however, continues to conduct its own assessment. The Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) is yet to submit its report, after which the committee will prepare a comprehensive final report for the DM.
