CM sanctions aid, home for 3 orphaned siblings
LUCKNOW, July 28 -- Financial assistance, permanent housing, and other support will be provided from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to three children who lost their parents in a road accident earlier this month, state government officials said on Sunday.
Aradhya Lodhi,15, Sakshi Lodhi, 9, and Shailendra, 2, residents of Gadarian Purva village in Bharwara (Bakshi Ka Talab), were orphaned on July 5 after their parents, Pappu Lodhi and Rita Lodhi, died in a road mishap.
BJP MLA from Bakshi Ka Talab, Yogesh Shukla, met chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday and informed him about the situation, requesting help for the children. The CM directed officials to take immediate action.
Officials said permanent housing arrangements will be made to ensure the children live in safe and dignified conditions. Financial support will also be extended to cover their education, healthcare, and other essential needs.
Under the Bal Seva Yojana, each child will receive Rs 4,000 per month, totalling Rs 12,000. Additionally, Rs 5 lakh will be provided under the Kisan Accident Insurance Scheme. htc...
