Lucknow, Dec. 1 -- The rise in temperatures over the past few days due to the influence of two successive western disturbances will cease in early December. And with the re-emergence of cold and dry westerly/northwesterly winds, temperatures across the state are expected to gradually drop by 2 to 4degC over the next 3 to 4 days, weathermen said. The drop may be accompanied by fog and light mist at some locations in the morning hours. Meanwhile, IMD will release a weather outlook for average monthly temperature and rainfall for the month of December on Monday. The forecast for Lucknow on Monday is partly cloudy skies becoming clear towards the evening/night. The maximum and minimum temperatures may be around 26 and 11 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, highs and lows touched 26.6 and 12.8 degrees, respectively. The state forecast is most likely dry and shallow to moderate fog at isolated places in the morning hours. Bareilly recorded the lowest temperature in the state at 8 degrees, Etawah 9.4, Najibabad 9.5 and Kanpur city 10 degrees, respectively....
