New Delhi, July 5 -- China on Friday urged India to act cautiously on issues related to Tibet to avoid an impact on the improvement of bilateral ties, a day after Union minister Kiren Rijiju said that the right to pick the Dalai Lama's successor rests with the incumbent and the institution set up by him.
