LUCKNOW, Oct. 27 -- There will be a local holiday in Lucknow on October 28 (Tuesday) for Chhath festival, said DM Vishak G. The festival dedicated to the Sun God began with "Nahay-Khay" followed by "Kharna Puja" on Sunday.
