LUCKNOW, July 31 -- In the annual general election of the Oudh Bar Association (OBA) of the Allahabad high court's Lucknow bench, S Chandra has been elected its president and Lalit Kishore Tiwari its general secretary. The final results were declared on Wednesday evening after the counting of 4,071 votes. As per the results declared by election officer and senior advocate HGS Parihar, Dr. Shailendra Prasad Sharma 'Atal' has been elected the vice-president (senior), whereas Hari Om Pandey and Pawan Kumar Singh were the new vice-president (middle). Raghvendra Pandey was declared vice-president (junior). Gaurav Srivastava, Angad Kumar Shukla and Ashutosh Singh were elected joint secretaries of the OBA.
