PRAYAGRAJ, July 16 -- The central government has notified the transfer of four judges of the Allahabad high court to other high courts. Earlier, on May 26, the Supreme Court Collegium had recommended their transfers pursuant to which the central government issued the notification on Monday (July 14). Out of four judges, two have been transferred to the Delhi high court, while one has been transferred to Karnataka high court and another to the Punjab and Haryana high court. Justice Ashwani Kumar Mishra has been transferred from Allahabad to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Justice Vivek Chaudhary and justice Om Prakash Shukla have been transferred from the Allahabad high court to the Delhi high court.
